Privacy Policy
Effective 10 June 2026
This policy explains how Imponexpo PBC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our website and register interest in our products. We aim to handle your data lawfully, transparently, and with strong security.
1. Who we are
Imponexpo PBC is a Delaware public benefit corporation (a Delaware PBC), with operations across multiple jurisdictions. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@imponexpo.com. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our mailing address is Imponexpo PBC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA.
2. What we collect
When you register interest or contact us, we collect only what you provide:
- Identity and contact details: name, work email, country/region, organization, website or LinkedIn.
- Context you choose to share: your role, goal, timeline, workflow area, and message.
- Consent evidence: the date, time, source IP, and policy version at the moment you consented.
- Limited technical data: standard server logs and security signals used to prevent abuse.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we ask that you not include it in free-text fields.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- Consent — to contact you about our launch, the founding network, and relevant updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to your inquiry, operate and secure the site, and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law and lawful requests.
4. Double opt-in
Where email confirmation is enabled, we store your registration as unconfirmed until you click the confirmation link we email you. We treat your registration as consented marketing contact only after that confirmation. The current consent/policy version is 2026-06-10.
5. How we share data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vetted service providers acting on our instructions — for example, our database host and our transactional email provider — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. International transfers rely on recognized transfer mechanisms where required.
6. Retention
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@imponexpo.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/HSTS), a strict content security policy, rate limiting, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly to issues. See our Trust page and our security disclosure policy.
9. Cookies
We keep cookies and tracking to a minimum. See our Cookie Notice for details.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our products and obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and consent version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
